Volunteer to be a Mentor

Share What You Know and Love, Mentor a Child

If you have 1 hour a week free consider sharing your life lessons with a young person in your community or near your workplace and help make a real difference in their lives. Fun Outings and Events are planned throughout the year. Once you express an interest in the Mentoring Program BAM will contact you. First we will interview you and conduct background checks. (Some programs will require a clean driving record –we will assist you w/all of this. ). Then we train you and help match you with a child near your work or home. We strive to match adult and child who have similar interests. Then you choose a day of the week that you can visit w/your mentee and you and your mentee are on your way. Then the fun begins as the two of you get to know one and other . If you have concerns the BAM staff is always available. We look forward to meeting you.
